Measurement Specialties offers 3 pressure scanning data system solutions. The first two are for use with the ESP miniature electronic pressure scanners. Offering ease of use and high speed acquisition, the DTC Initium utilizes the embedded calibration within the EEPROM of each DTC-style ESP pressure scanner. Up to 8 pressure scanners and 512 channels can be interfaced directly to one DTC Initium and achieve 0.05% system accuracy with on-line Rezero function. The System 8400 is for installations where a miniature pressure scanner interface is desired to minimize the number of cables exiting the test object. Typically used in Aerospace windtunnel applications the System 8400 utilizes an SDI – scanner digitizer interface to provide single fiber optic data link for 1024 channels to the host system with accuracies as high as 0.03%. The third solution is the NetScanner System which consists of networkable scanners with Ethernet interface. The NetScanner scanners are stand-alone data systems with integration from sensor to host interface that are combined to form application specific system solutions to measure pressure and temperature parameters in windtunnels and turbine engine testing environments.
